2. Reserve your hotel room before April 19, 2011.
After
this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate
availability basis only. A limited number of rooms have been
held at training rate of $70.00 plus tax per night.
Attendees
need to make their own reservations either on line at
www.holidayinn.com/frontroyalva and enter the group code into the green box on the page, or by
calling 1-800- HOLIDAY and give the group code to the
reservation agent. The three letter group code is VPP.
Find a roommate since room availability at the $70.00 rate is
limited, in order to accommodate all participants, sharing a
room is encouraged. It also keeps expenses to the department at
a minimum.
You need to be registered by April 15, 2011 to attend
the dinner, training, and luncheon.
Expenses for lodging will be reimbursed after the conference
and your submission of the travel expense reimbursement forms.
